We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and called Mark. He came out at 9:30pm to unclog the drain pipe so we could have cold a/c for the night. That’s the best customer service I have ever experienced with an a/c company. Make sure to call Collins Cooling for all your air conditioning needs!

I’ve called Collins Cooling and Heating a couple times. Once for my AC and once for my Pool Heat pump. Their response time is quick and each time fixed the problem fast. Very reasonable too! Mark is the best!

I have a house in Palm Coast and a guest told me at 5:30pm that one of the air conditioners had stopped working. I called Mark and he promptly went to the house and got everything back up and running. He also took the time to proactively check the other 2 units while there so that the guests didn’t have any other problems. Mark went above and beyond. Easy to work with, professional and timely.
