Mark from Collins Cooling & Heating was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond\. He took care of the AC issues, provided additional services, and made sure everything was working properly before he left\. I really appreciated how thorough and helpful he was\. I’d gladly recommend Collins Cooling & Heating\!

Had a great experience with Collins Cooling & Heating. He took my call and was very knowledgeable about the issue I had and was honest with his pricing. An hour later he was at our house and fixed our clogged drain. We now get to rest easy knowing we have AC that is working. Will definitely be rec coming Collins Cooling & Heating to everyone and getting on the maintenance plan!

After inheriting a home in Palm Coast, I arrived to the property and the AC was not working. Coming from the Midwest, the humidity and heat in Florida was brutal. With no connections in Florida, I was looking for a family owned company, not a big box company that was going to rip me off. Mark came out fast, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and gave me options for repairs. Exceptional service, professionalism, and price.

I’ve called Collins Cooling and Heating a couple times. Once for my AC . His response time is quick and each time fixed the problem fast. Very reasonable too! Mark is the best!

Answered my call right away for a job around 8 p.m. and at my house within about 30 minutes of calling him when most services were closed or sent me through a long hold time and bunch of voicemail prompts. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong and was fixing the issue within minutes
